This makes me barking mad Puppy trafficing. Check out this under cover RSPCA video..Don't buy from a puppy farm or pet shop and make sure you see the puppy with its mother and check the doggies vaccinations papers. I know its tempting to buy a puppy if you feel sorry for him or her but its just encouraging puppy trafficing.
